Thanks for your reply. I still have a couple small issues with my form.
I used have embeded in the form field the title of each one but suddenly they vanish as well.Any tips on how to fix it?

Thanks for your information but I have a question on how do I use the child Theme..
Should I contact the developer?Is it possible to change the html code of the plugin? I would’t like to have labels for the elements of my form. I have also tried to customise the css using the firefox inspect element but I was not able.
I am trying to achieve something similar that it’s been showing on avada wordpress theme.
Please could provide me some assistance?
