Password Problems

I have changed and saved my passwords from my two users of my wordpress. I tested them once and they worked fine.
However now one of ( admin) gives me an error saying it is the wrong password. I request a reset of my password but, so far I haven’t received any email. And because of my attempts better wp-security block the website.

I need some assistance
