Would like to update you that we have released a new update to the plugin [i.e, v3.1.0] which consists of a fix for ‘Creation of dynamic property Stock_Manager_Admin::$page and Stock_Manager_Admin::$product_id are deprecated in PHP v8.0.0+’ issue along with other important updates and fixes.Request you to update the plugin to the latest version and let us know your views.

As you want to translate JavaScript strings, you need to have JSON files along with .po and .mo files as described here which we conveyed in our previous comments. Please do that and let us know your views.
Hope you are not referring to translating JavaScript strings.
try it on a new wordpress installation. download the module, the translated CZ language will be downloaded during updates, but the dashboard will not be translated in the road. On wordpress.org, the Czech language is translated to 96%…

For PHP string translation, the above link won’t automatically translate the Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin. You need to manually translate them.
