Thank you! We’ve received your email and will follow up with you there.
Thank you for sharing the name of the third-party plugin.
To further investigate the issue with the ‘WooCommerce Variation Swatches’ plugin, we’ll need a copy of it. This will help us check how it manages data, whether it uses custom database tables or the default WordPress tables.
Please upload the plugin ZIP file to any file-sharing service (like WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox) and share the download link with us by contacting us from here. Once we receive it, we’ll proceed with the analysis and assist you further.
No need to apologize. Thank you for getting back to us!
Regarding your query about editing prices based on specific attributes:
The Smart Manager plugin does not directly support modifying attribute-based pricing out of the box. However, if you’re using a third-party plugin that enables you to set price adjustments at the attribute level, and those adjustments are stored as custom fields in the standard WordPress or WooCommerce database tables, then Smart Manager should allow you to view and edit those fields.
Please note, if the data is stored in a completely custom table by that plugin, Smart Manager won’t be able to detect or manage it automatically.
Let us know which plugin you’re using for attribute-based pricing, and we’d be happy to check if it’s compatible with Smart Manager.

In reply to: [Stock Manager for WooCommerce] Category Selector OrderAre you referring to displaying categories in alphabetical order in the filter list of the Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin?
We’ve noted this as valuable feedback and will keep you updated if it’s included in a future plugin update.
In the meantime, you might want to check out our powerful store management plugin — Smart Manager. It offers advanced product filtering with a searchable category list (ref) and many other features to help you manage your store efficiently.
You can explore the Smart Manager demo for a better idea.
Could you please confirm if you’re referring to updating the price for each product variation that has different values for the Tartan attribute?
If so, you can simply check the ‘Show Variations’ checkbox on the Smart Manager page. This will display all product variations in the grid, and you’ll then be able to update the ‘Regular Price‘ or ‘Sale Price’ using the Inline Edit functionality.
Regarding your query about bulk editing attribute-based prices, this feature is available in the Pro version of Smart Manager. For assistance with that, we kindly request you to contact us via this link, and our team will be happy to help.
Please note that this forum is only for queries related to Smart Manager Lite (the free version).

In reply to: [Stock Manager for WooCommerce] Loading failedCould you please check if you’ve received an email from ‘(at)storeapps.org‘ regarding this?
While this issue has been reported by other customers as well, in your case it seems specific to your site. During our investigation, we noticed that debugging code like:
<script>console.log("************ entra precio **************")</script>is appearing in the REST API product JSON response when loading the Stock Manager page. This is likely causing the issue on your end.
We’ve shared more details and next steps in the email – kindly take a look.
Hope this helps!

As you’ve added a new ACF field and it’s not appearing in the Smart Manager Columns section, please try deactivating and reactivating the Smart Manager plugin once. After that, try enabling the column again in the Smart Manager grid. You can refer to this document for detailed steps on showing or hiding columns in the dashboard.Additionally, could you please confirm whether you’re able to see any ACF fields in the Smart Manager columns, or if none of them are showing up at all?
If the issue still persists, please share more details about the ACF field – such as its field type (e.g. text, select, etc.) — or the exact steps you’re following. This will help us better understand the situation and provide more accurate assistance.

Could you please try to update the Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin to the latest version [v3.4.0] if you haven’t already, and then let us know how it goes for you?
Could you please let us know whether you are getting “TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘split’) in wpApiMiddleware.js:97″ error in the console or not? If yes, then the issue seems related to the WooCommerce REST API. Since the plugin relies on these APIs, any changes or issues with the API could cause such behavior.
Could you confirm if the REST API has been disabled or if any recent changes were made to it?
