Yes, Email Subscribers can send to your 80 subscribers at once.
With respect to error, are you using latest version of Email Subscribers – v3.2.1?
We are unable to replicate the same error on our end. Please have a check on your test setup with only Email Subscribers plugin active.

Currently, you cannot attachments in the email. You can upload images in the email and send to your subscribers.

Firstly, please update Email Subscribers to v3.2. It has lots of UI improvements.

So the most important feature request would be, when I’m looking at the e-mails sent list, I want to have a filter to be able to see ONLY those e-mails that have already been viewed. That way, I can make a better judgement of a campaign’s success.

Second, it would be extremely helpful, to be able to look for a specific e-mail address FROM ANY of the plugin’s screens that have a lot of e-mails displayed. Currently, I’m using the browser’s CTRL+F to do that.

It is in our plan and we’ll surely do it in later versions. It will not be ANY screen but only on View Subscriber screen.

Third, a function to allow to display a number of records on the screen. Like displaying only 10/20/50/100 rows on the screen, etc. Especially useful if you have a lot of e-mails.

On View Subscriber screen, you can see 200 records on one screen. There are filters on top right on View Subscriber page which allows you to select the number of records to be displayed on that page.

Sent Reports page displays, 15 reports per page.

Fourth, having a way to INJECT things above or below every e-mail, is TANTAMOUNT, is very, very important. Right now, I’ve just modified the plugin to inject a specific banner rotator under the e-mails sent, to allow for a bit of affiliate marketing.
This was done on Saturday . Needless to say, the update that just came today, overwrote that thing and the plugin is at the default settings.

Before updating, you can always take a backup of what changes you have done inside plugin. That way, after updating plugin, you’ll know what to add back. OR you can write a custom plugin just for your site which will have all the changes that you have made inside plugin.

Though I am a programmer myself, I could never figure out how to apply a filter in wordpress, I presume it would’ve solved this issue for me, I could have that injector before/after each e-mail, without it being overwritten by the updates.
So if you would just simply include in the plugin 2 files – simplistic, I know, but efficient – es_before_mailbody and es_after_mailbody or smt. similar, it would be very, very helpful. And what those 2 files should actually <? include …. should be handled in 2 database entries, not in the files themselves, because, obviously, any update would again, overwrite the files. Or… you can put them in the files, but then make sure that updates don’t overwrite only those 2 files.

It is in our plan to make a pro version of the plugin which will allow you to modify the emails that is getting send from Email Subscribers plugin without modifying the plugin (something like Email Templates Pro). So, can’t really promise that we’ll add the same way you have mentioned.

And last, but not least, EXPLAIN what the SYNC DOES, because that’s the only thing I couldn’t figure out.
