To rule out any plugin conflict or any javascript error produce by any other plugin installed on your site, could you please try to reproduce the same issue by having only Smart manager and WooCommerce plugins installed on your site and then do let us know your views on the same.

Explaining futher, the ‘Sync Now’ button that you see once you have activated Smart Reporter is the data sync required by the Smart Reporter plugin to store all the data required by Smart Reporter in one single custom table for faster reporting.
Also, the same data sync is only a one time process to sync the past orders into the Smart Reporter’s custom table and the new orders get automatically synced into the custom table based on WooCommerce actions and filters.

Also, we have already taken note of your valuable suggestion of ability to move the columns before exporting the CSV using Smart Manager and will surely think of implementing the same in the future versions

Which SiteOrigin plugin are you using? I am assuming SiteOrigin Editor Widget is not executing the shortcode.
Go to WordPress Dashboard->Pages and select the page on which you want to add the shortcode and then insert the shortcode on that page and then check if the announcements are visible or not. If the announcements are visible then something is in conflict with SiteOrigin Editor.
Have a check with it and get back to us.

Could you please get back to us with copy of the ‘IgniteWoo Updater’ plugin at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’ along with short issue description, so that we can have a check with the same issue and get back to you with what change would be needed.
Also, could you please check and confirm that the same issue still persists with the latest version of Smart Manager (i.e. v3.9.23)

In reply to: [News Announcement Scroll] Removing BorderTo modify the height and width of the box-size go to Settings->News Announcement Scroll->Widget Settings and modify the ‘Height’ and ‘Width’ values (in pixels) in the settings. Further, the ‘Slide direction’ and ‘Slide Timeout’ settings controls the movement of the text within the widget.
If you want your news to be static then you must have only one news showed in the widget.

It is not really recommended to modify any of the plugin files. You would need to maintain those changes or else you would loose them while updating plugin.
Further, we have noted your suggestion to add setting to customize the redirect link style and would try to implement it in the future releases of the plugin.
With regards to using the modified code on your production site i would suggest you to first test it on your staging/test site and if it doesn’t create any issues then i guess it is fine to use it on your production site.
