I use Siteground as my host and they provide a simple one-click set-up – so I’m afraid I don’t know how to set it up without that.

I was having exactly the same problem as @ktsiterip since updating the plugin and WP – Popular Posts not displaying on the homepage https://www.bestonlinecourses.info
After reading this thread, I turned off Rocket Loader in Cloudflare and the Popular Posts are displaying again.
Would be great if you can resolve the issue with Rocket Loader, but I’m happy that I can at least have my Popular Posts back 🙂

Yes – I noticed this as well. My only work-around has been to shuffle widgets up the sidebar until they are all in the correct position 🙁
