Hello @r2jmail
It looks like you used another plugin to install the SSL certificate. For our plugin to install a new SSL certificate you would need to delete your existing SSL certificate and make sure your website is http instead of https. After that, go through the setup process and the plugin will generate and install the SSL certificate.

Hello @gitterrost4
The Renew Certificate only works 30 days before the expiry date. When does you certificate expire? If the expiry date is less than 30 days old, we will need more information about your website. I would recommend you contact us from within the plugin. Thanks.

@blairmoremedia Even if the SSL certificate has expired, you can still login to your website and install a new SSL certificate.

I can assure you that we do not try to do anything *behind the scenes*. The plugin is open-source and you are free to inspect the code. I would really appreciate it if you could first investigate before putting such allegations on us.
Thank you

@marbelma Please go to letsdebug.net and see if there’s an issue with your website. Let’s Encrypt had an active incident and that may have affected certificate issuance.
@hilloy Did you follow the instructions here – https://docs.sslzen.com/article/13-installing-ssl-certificate-on-google-app-engine

@fierevere Thank you for answering 🙂 I appreciate it.
@tamierp I’m sorry you are facing issues with the plugin. Can you please make sure you have disabled all other SSL plugins? If you have an expired SSL certificate on your website, the plugin won’t work, you first need to delete it. After that, make sure your website is loading over HTTP. Once you do that, go to SSL Zen -> Setup and complete the process again.
