Hello,I’m sorry you are facing issues with the plugin. If you could send us details of the problem you are facing to (support[at)sslzen.com), I’d be more than happy to help you right away 🙂
@tarikul2500 This means that LetsEncrypt could not verify that you uploaded the files correctly. Please make sure you are able to access the files in your browser and then try again.
@ngospelmedia You could try and get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them if they provide you with a wild card SSL certificate that would cover your sub-domains too.
@ngospelmedia Hello. Due to technical limitations, currently, it’s not possible to install an SSL certificate on a sub-domain with our free plugin.

1. You are not forcing http to https redirection
2. Your website has mixed content. A simple way to fix it would be to use a plugin such as Really Simple SSL which will fix it right away.@biketrace Did you follow the instructions from this video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XApeU26YcV8 ?
Which web server does your website use?
@biketrace I’m sorry if you are facing issues with our plugin. Could you please tell us what error message are you seeing and we will help you right away.
@yavuzc Thanks for raising this issue.
By default, we redirect HTTP to HTTPS and currently, there is no way to disable this just for javascript.
I’m adding this to our to-do list and will release an update soon. For now, I recommend using Really Simple SSL plugin in combination with our plugin to redirect http to https and then disable https redirection for javascript. Here’s how to do it in Really Simple SSL – https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/amp-javascript-warning-with-really-simple-ssl/
Please let me know if you have any other questions

In reply to: [SSL Zen — SSL Certificate Installer & HTTPS Redirects] Public key file@seaislandwbsites We do not add public.txt file in wp-admin
The only files we add are in plugins/ssl-zen/ssl_zen/keys1. If you are using cPanel and already installed the SSL certificate. You can delete the SSL files from the keys folder.
2. If you are not referencing these files in your apache configuration, you can also go ahead and delete them.I hope that answers your question. Please let me know if you need anything else.
@olhodocao Could you please send an email to support[@]sslzen(dot)com with the URLs of both the websites?
Hello @callcarr
I have refunded you the whole amount. I am sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you. I wish you the best of luck with your website 🙂
Hello @callcarr
There’s clearly some misunderstanding here as I replied to your email on 31st January and never received a response.
Anyway, I’ll email you from my personal email and get this sorted out for you right away.
@olhodocao Thanks for trying our plugin 🙂
We are here to help you.I see a valid certificate on your website at https://olhodocao.pt
There are a few things missing though, you have to update your website url to https://olhodocao.pt instead of http://olhodocao.pt
Your website has mixed content. You can fix it by installing a plugin such as Really Simpe SSL or replace http:// with https:// using Better Search Replace plugin.
Once you do the above, your website will be https 🙂
If you need more help, please feel free to ask us here.
