• This did not allow me to give ZERO stars.

    This company is perhaps the worst f’ing customer experience I have ever dealt with – for ANY online product ever. I EVEN PAID FOR THEIR UPGRADED VERSION! My site went down with the expiration of the free plugin – even though I had bought the upgrade. I could not get google to recognize my ssl and so i reached out for help. I submitted my ticket request compliant with all their requirements. I gave them admin access to my site.

    They initially responded with 24 hours – telling me to “reactivate” their program in the plugins. I sent screenshots and an additional 3 emails explaining to them their “solution” wasn’t working – and I gave them admin access to the site so they could troubleshoot and fix (like they suggest). After 6 days – they still didn’t have the balls nor integrity to respond. My site has essentially been down for almost a week because they couldn’t simply reply to a paying customer on how to get their plugin to work. No replies. 3 follow up emails – zero replies.

    So they scammed my 30 bucks – but I’ve got about 40 years left to tell everyone I know online how much this company sucks. Screw SSL ZEN.

    MY ADVICE: Just buy your ssl through your hosting provider and don’t worry about it. What you think will be an easy install – can hurt you. You get what you pay for… and with this company you don’t even get that!

    A customer of this plugin author left a review, the author replied and posted that a refund was issues.

    I’m leaving the review up though as it’s the user’s experience and that is valid.
