Yess!! That WOULD actually be perfect.. or you could just tell me what to tell the IT guy who barely speaks english… very concisely — that I want permission..

K.. so I go to the IT guy and tell him theres a server problem and he has to give me admin rights on the server?Thanks for yr reply.. but I still dont know who I should contact… or what to tell them… any suggestions?
