I figured out how to see my cart:
In Appearance>Customize>Static Home Page>Posts Page:
– I had the cart chosen for my posts page so I deselected the cart and chose nothing for my posts page and now my cart appears properly: http://soul-esteem.com/store/cart/
I turned off AJAX, however my cart page (http://soul-esteem.com/store/cart/) continues to try to show a blog page and not the content on the cart page. I would love to hear any suggestions.

Tobias, that code did the trick without creating conflicts with the theme we’re using.
