Thank you for replying, but it is not about moving a WordPress install, I want to use WordPress to manage all the pages of the static website that I have. In short using WordPress as a CMS. And that’s where I am lost.

What I want exactly is this:

    * I want to keep the structure and lay-out of my site as it is.
    * my blogposts have to appear in the ‘nieuws’ directory of my site.
    * the root index.php and pages in the other directories of my site to be managed with WordPress.

Is this possible and if so, what do I need to do?

I took a look and my first impression is that it is looking very good! It is clear where people can click for more information, the menu is well structured.

The layout of the posts is very good and clean-looking too! On which template did you base this one, if I may ask?

The correct URL is this: http://www.allthingsroyal.net/nieuws ,because I could get the template working and thus replacing my old news-pages.

It is quite good, although a bit very simple looking.
Template is Valid XHMTL, but now I converted it to a blog, it doens’t :S .
