It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme – http://themeforest.net/ – for help with customizations and issues. In reply to: Hosting issue? This site can’t be reachedEver since I bought and applied a dedicated IP address to go with my SSL…
That’s the key; it’s something with the implementation of the static IP and SSL.
Talk to GoDaddy; it’s their problem.

In reply to: I know my really slow e-commerce is my theme, but what can I do?We know it is the theme because when we temporarily switched to Twenty Sixteen the e-commerce functions were quick and smooth.
Some commercial themes are very heavy with scripts and stylesheets and database queries and as a result are slow. The main issue is the theme; talk to the developers.
You can look at https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Optimization But your main “workaround” will be a different theme or a better host.

In reply to: Trying to get Comments ON for Posts PagesBecause when you click on the title of the blog, you go to the single post template, and that template has the comments function. It’s traditional WordPress and traditional theme design for single posts to show comments, not on the blog page that shows more than one post. You have your main blog page set to show full posts, not excerpts, under and that’s why you think you have to click on the blog title. Change to the blog page showing excerpts instead of full posts under Dashboard>>Settings>>Reading; then, you will have an archive listing of blog post titles and excerpts on the blog page that links to each single post.
Modify the excerpt length -or get rid of it – by modifying functions.php. Again, that’s a premium theme not supported here, even if it has been discontinued by the developer.
