In reply to: Blog header has been replacedok so following the instructions in the header section it says to use an FTP program to upload the new header, so I tried using filezilla (which I’ve never used before) and I tried connecting to my site because I’m assuming thats going to be step 1 before I can upload anything, when I try to log on I get this

In reply to: Blog header has been replacedOk, maybe we better start basic here. I not sure what you mean by Admin area? Is that the one that shows Themes, Widgets, Menus, Atahualpa Theme? I don’t see one that actually says header? I don’t think my file is corrupted because it looks ok.

In reply to: Blog header has been replacedI first tried to install it as it was (an image or picture), but it said it needed to be a zip file. So, I put it in a zip file and tried again and it didn’t work.
