  • Hi there @filsch

    Thanks for your question!

`i can’t set many products to “sync and show”, they remain to “sync and hide”.
The products are published AND do not have variations.

Probably the problem occurs when i duplicated the products.

How can i solve the issue?`

Ah I see, that’s really odd!

First of all, you will need to ensure that when you duplicate products, there are no duplicated products synced to your Facebook catalog except it’s done deliberately where you adjust the info of the duplicated product as a different product (changing its title, price, images, slug etc).

Secondly, could you please do a conflict test and try again?

Before doing a conflict test, please ensure you’re running the latest version of the plugin and also please clear WooCommerce transient data here: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click - Clear Transients (Button on right)

To do a conflict test, please complete the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the Storefront or TwentyNinteen Theme and test for the issue

    2. If the issue persists, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce.

    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    4. If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi there @dimkasta

    Thanks for your questions!

We have configured everything without issues and mapped all woocommerce categories into google ones.

The categories were synced, but appear on the Facebook set manager as an ID (numeric) instead of a text. This makes the field unusable for anyone doing work on facebook instead of the wordpress set manager.

Awesome stuff that you have all configured!

Not sure if you’re referring to the ID as shown in the following sample screenshot of my own product in Facebook catalog:

    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/8kuoYS

If yes, that’s actually expected behavior.

Facebook for WooCommerce is using Google product categorization.

For example on my product setup, my Google Product category is set to Apparel & Accessories > Clothing and the ID is 1604, which is correct.

Here is the full list of IDs, provided by Google, with their corresponding product categorization.

The second problem is that facebook rejected the shop (baby products) without any apparent reason.

The above second issue is really beyond our support, you will need to reach out to Facebook to know the reason and how to get it reactivated. Usually there is some Appeal button or link or similar somewhere you can ask them to manually review and checking your appeal.

Or you can reach out to the Facebook Business support.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there @alisontaylorbc

The Analytics feature of WooCommerce is part of the WooCommerce Admin functionality.

Feel free to post your issue here on WooCommerce Admin support page.

However, I can confirm that it seems, there is already an open bug report relevant to your issue.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi @zeroneweb

So my problem is this: if I search for a product or open a category page I’ll see “Showing 1-12 of 153 results” but it shows only 3 products in this page. Then I click on page 2 and it shows 1 product and so.
This happens when I switch to “hide products with no stock”

Ah, I see, so that’s kind of expected if you turn on hide products with no stock.

    Next Steps

    1) Could you please turn off that hide product with no stock?
    2) Then you’d want to clear the transient data: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)
    3) Also please Regenerate the Product lookup tables: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Product lookup tables > Click – Regenerate (Button on right)

Please complete all of the above steps and let me know how it goes!

    Hi there @anand99

    Thanks for your question.

From the screenshot, it seems to say that the update is done.

But because you’re using UpdraftPlus plugin for your restoring, I’d strongly forward your question to UpdraftPlus support team.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there @mherding

It seems to be related to theme/plugin conflict within your website.

Please follow the guide here to resolve the issue by doing a conflict test and uncover which plugin might have conflicted with WooCommerce core.

Let me know if you have done the conflict test!

    Hi there @riaann

The “closest” one that I found so far is called woo-document-preview, but I am battling with the styling.

That’s great that you found one that’s likely almost meeting your requirements.

Currently it creates a button for each link on it’s own line, and I would like to have it horizontal. The moment I set it to float in the css it works, but there is virtually no space between the buttons and the add to cart button. it looks ugly

Ah, I see that there is still some drawback with the plugin.

Since it’s a 3rd party plugin, I’d strongly recommend you to contact the original developer support or you might want to hire developers to customize it to meet your exact requirements.

I wish I could help you much more here 🙁

But I trust that points you in the right direction.

    Hi there @etneebrand

    Thanks for your question!

Basically I would like to remove the slash / product (e.g. brandexample.com/prodotto/on1-jersey-unif) from the display and perhaps replace it either with the product category (e.g. brandexample.com/collane/on1-jersey-unif or directly brandexample. com / on1-jersey-unif)

Please refer to this helpful guide to set that up correctly!

in reality I have already tried but if I change it gives me an error or that if I change the permalink system on the product, the latter is seen correctly as I would like it but if I go to read an article on the blog it opens a 404 page

    That’s really strange.

Could you please disable all plugins except WooCommerce and then try again to configure the permalink again?

Secondly, if that still doesn’t resolve, you can try removing the WooCommerce transient data: WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right).

Then please try again to configure your product permalinks.

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi @dk66

    Thanks for your question.

Hello, does anyone know of a way to not show prices in delivery notes generated by woocommerce?

I am not really sure about delivery notes. By default WooCommerce uses email templates here: WooCommerce > Settings > Emails

Do you use any 3rd party plugin to send delivery notes>?

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi there @shaolin

    Thanks for your question.

I have a test site that’s well connected to Facebook using the plugin and I am using WordPress version 5.7.2 and WooCommerce version 5.3.0

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there @ahmed32

    Thanks for your question!

Could you please confirm if you’re using the default Storefront theme?

Please try to use only WooCommerce core plugin and with the Storefront theme, and see if the issue is resolved.

    Hi there @macbaren

    Thanks for your post!

I saw the screenshot and the text is in the Thai language, could you please translate the text to English so we can understand it better?

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi there @antoninveinstein

    Thanks for your clarification.

This is what I had done unfortunately there are “,” in the titles of my products, which separates the values. This means that when I export all my products and then change the values and want to re-import everything, it doesn’t work.

That’s why in my file I had tried to put “” to separate the product name and the stock availability.

I would suggest that you export all the products again into CSV file and download it.

And then please upload it to Google spreadsheet, select the option to “detect” automatically the format.

According to my experience, Google is perfect in handling CSV files correctly.

You should be able to update the stock there and then download it back as CSV and try to upload it to your store.

I’d suggest creating a staging site as well or a separate test site if you want to test it.

    I hope that helps!

    Hi there @crystella17

    Thanks for your question!

I have set coupons on our website. And the coupon discount is working right, but it shows at the end coupon code: splashbacksandupstands20: -£0,00

I am not too sure what you mean here.

Here is what it looks when I tried it:

    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/PjXiTd

Could you please elaborate more about what you want to achieve resolve here?

Also, could you please that the screenshot of your coupon configuration in the general tab?

I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here.

    Look forward to your reply.

    Hi @karollis3

    Thanks for your question!

    1) In regards to the brand issue being not synced as the brand name configured in the Facebook tab under product data screen, instead it’s using your website name, I have asked our developers to confirm.

    2) However about the second issue:

Sometimes in Facebook catalog showing some products without photos (ID wc_post…) and at the same time is the same product with photos (ID from my website without wc_post) It’s like duplicate. Why this happens?

So it’s a duplication case. It could be your site was trying to sync then it didn’t finish resulting in broken sync, etc.

In order for us to better understand your site setup, so we can assist with proper troubleshooting suggestions, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it on https://gist.github.com/ then share the URl here.

    I hope that helps!
