Thank you for your quick reply. I tried the Health Check and Troubleshooting but got no results.
The „Gallery Plugin“ is the only plugin for Galleries. Additionally I have also installed the Web10 Management Plugin for my premium verification.
There some other plugins activated, is there a possibility that these are causing the trouble?
Hey, currently I am facing the same issue.
I tried refreshing the upload window, upload via sftp and reinstallation…..still no results.
The upload works, the images are on the server but when selecting them for the gallary they are not in the gallary. They are listed in the overview but the image count on the right side shows “0”. When selecting all to change the attributes it says “70 items picked”. After saving all images are gone
