Problem w uploading pictures

    I’m trying to upload several pictures to create a gallery, but it seems impossible. I upload the files, but – even tough they are present on bthe server – the Photo Gallery doesn’t see them. I tried to upload them via FTP, directly to the catalogue, with the same result. I was changing the sizes of the pictures etc. but none of this helped. Any idea what can be the reason of this?

    Are those images added to the media library as well? Can you see them in the library?

    Would you please try troubleshooting the issue withHealth Check & Troubleshooting?

    Dear Asya,

    I found the solution. The files are uploaded correctly but after uploading them, each time I have to manually refresh the Photo Gallery. Then it works. I’ve been using this widget for years and never had to do anything like that, that’s why I got lost. Best.

    Thanks for the response. Did you try troubleshooting the plugin with Health Check & Troubleshooting as mentioned above?

    This can help identify any possible conflicts causing this issue.
    Do you see the same behavior with only gallery plugin activated?

    Yeah, I did run the Health Check & Troubleshooting test and it did not find anything. I also didn’t install any new plugins but I check if the problem occurs with only gallery plugin activated. Best.

    Hey, currently I am facing the same issue.
    I tried refreshing the upload window, upload via sftp and reinstallation…..still no results.

    The upload works, the images are on the server but when selecting them for the gallary they are not in the gallary. They are listed in the overview but the image count on the right side shows “0”. When selecting all to change the attributes it says “70 items picked”. After saving all images are gone

    PHP version 7.4
    WP version 5.6.1

    Dear @asyag,

    Thank you for your quick reply. I tried the Health Check and Troubleshooting but got no results.
    The „Gallery Plugin“ is the only plugin for Galleries. Additionally I have also installed the Web10 Management Plugin for my premium verification.

    There some other plugins activated, is there a possibility that these are causing the trouble?
