I’ve tried switching out to Twenty Twenty theme with no change to the problem.
I’ve also tried removing my plugins one by one and testing to see if that’s the problem. No resolution there either.
Oh wait, I went through the steps you outlined above and it seems to have restored my old Blog page along with all the previously published posts. Yay! Thanks for your help.

I have all my old blog entries that still show up on my dashboard under Posts. How can I make sure these appear on the new page?
