• From 5pm on June 14, I couldn’t load my website from the browser on my mobile. I asked friends to check, and they got same result on iPhone, Android, desktop.

My other WP site, no problem.

I can access this site on the back end no problem. I hadn’t been in or edited anything for days. I don’t know where to begin to fix this. Any insight is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Rhondda

This appears to be a server error, probably a PHP error. Please check your site’s Apache and PHP error logs. They’re probably accessible through cPanel. If you still have problems locating them, then I suggest contacting your hosting company (which appears to be Bluehost). They will be able to tell you how to access the logs.

    Hi Rhondda,

Error 500 is a server side error and it can have several reasons.
At the root of your website you can find the file error_log that should tell you where the PHP code is having issue.
On Bluehost, you can access/view the file from your Cpanel by using “File Manager”.
Hope you will find the root cause and be able to fix this quickly.

    Regards,
    Bruno
