Based on my understanding, the issue you’re experiencing may be related to a problem with the CSV format. I would suggest to upload the same CSV file to Google Sheets and then downloading it again, may resolve the issue.

Before attempting in the production environment, please take a backup. Start with a test by importing 2 records. Once satisfied, proceed with the rest. Keep us posted on the outcome.
