@rilana, ensure that the plugin has been updated to 3.7.2. Just committed the plugin minutes before. Hope you not done the plugin update.

Version 3.7.2 is out now with fixes for all known issues up to wordpress 4.2.1. Hope updating plugin will fix the issue.

This is due to memory issues, tune up your ini settings to maximize the memory. In pro you have option to check these limitation right form plugin interface.

Please mention your wordpress version. If this is 4.2, we already working on this and will release an update version with fix.
Yes, you can export users and import the same csv. Ensure you clean up users once exported.
Can you attach a sample csv? Is your excel supports Arabic as well?
This issue was fixed already not yet committed, will be released in upcoming release in couple of days.
@olie480, this feature is in development pipeline and not available for now in both free and pro edition. Thanks for the suggestions.
