I doubt that wordfence is completely disabled. There may still be htaccess modifications made by wordfence that’s why it’s happening. You can rename the wordfence plugin folder or temporarily restore htaccess to default.

The page you referred is for post-install troubleshooting. For your case try to enable debug by changing wp-config file from
'WP_DEBUG', falseas

In most cases the message is generated by a security plugin likely by wordfence. Try to override the plugin’s settings in your WordPress to confirm that is the cause.
Or check the file permissions for the installed plugin and update them manually if needed through ftp or hosting panel.

Discard my last message, you can find out headers based content from exported csv for the fields you mentioned.

Kindly note that woocommerce is not supported in free version hence export is not possible for those fields.

ThanksYes, there is a little hack or work around is there if this is the case
> In export Select >> Others as delimiter option
> Use single or double pipe symbol in separator field.
> Now you can export the file,
> open it in MS Excel, use text to column convert option.
> Chose delimitted and click next
> Now select Other in delimiter option and give || symbol
> Click finish to convert to columns
> Now you can save back as csvPost back the results and your review
