This issue occurs when wordpress runs on lower version of PHP (less than 5.3).
We are fixing this in the upcoming version 5.1 and the version is expected to be updated by next week.

The featured images are supported in the FREE version.
Please refer to the blog post and you don’t need any additional paid plugin to enable cron in wordpress.

We have used the wp-cron for importing featured images to increase the speed of the import.
Please make sure the wp-cron is enabled in your wp instances. You can refer this blog configure the same.

Q1 – Can i skip certain fields when i import the users CSV ?
for example all i care is NICKNAME / PASSWORD / MAIL / FIRST & LAST NAME and ROLE (if this is mandatory).A1 – Only the fields you map in the Mapping sections will be imported / updated into your wordpress database. If you don’t want to use some fields that are available in the CSV, don’t map them to the WordPress User data field.
Q2 – Is simple as putting the header names in excel then the data down below the heards save -> import ? (does this affect my original DB in any way?)
A2 – What do you mean by the Original DB, Do you mean the Excel file, we don’t do any changes to the original file when importing. If you refer to the WordPress DB , then yes, we do update / import data based on your mapping.

We have updated a new version to the plugin today. In this version, we have removed all the reservations we check for the CPTs.
Please do update the latest version and do your import. If you still have issues, please do let us know whether the cpt is created using custom functions or themes or third party plugins.

We have update the plugin for the compatibility of php 5.3. Please update the plugin and the first issue will be solved.
On the Custom post , you need to have the post_status field in the CSV for the post to be visible after the update.
If this does not work, please do let us know the plugin you are using.

Yes. The plugin can be used by the Admins , Editors and Authors.
We have added support for the comments imports in the pro version from version 4.4.0 . Please contact support for further assistance in this regard.

As explained in the support thread. You have to deactivate the plugin in the network site and active the plugin individually for each site.
We will take up the network support for this plugin in our next release.

This two fields may not be present in the existing records (posts/directories). As we show the available fields by fetching data from the DB, these two fields will not appear. Create a dummy record with these two fields and set the record as draft. Try importing the data after doing the above step.
