ah, crap. Yeah, i am being hosted by HostDepartment.com and i started getting the 20+ second load time issue recently. Guess i’ll have to keep looking for other solutions. thanks for the information.
i am having this exact problem, but i don’t have whatever the UTW-plufin is. everything was find and then one day it started to get sloooww, like yours, the manage screen too. I didn’t change anything, any ideas? thanks
just as suddenly as it went all wonky, it’s back to normal. I have a sinking suspicion that my Host did something that they won’t admit to.
