I’m guessing there’s an additional Apache setting that needs to be configured? Is this a bit like the bug that means you need to know to remove the .htaccess file from the dlm_uploads folder (didn’t see that in the documentation… but apparently if you don’t the plugin won’t work). Hopefully this additional configuration is something you could share with us, as there seem to be a few users experiencing this 404 or homepage redirection.
Seems to be a similar bug to the one I’m seeing. Hasn’t magically resolved itself for me though. Was thinking of upgrading to Pro, but then encountering such initial instability has me worried, so I’ll be holding off for a bit! Hope your bug doesn’t come back.
I’m wondering if this may be the explanation for the bugs I’m seeing too. Plugin installs fine, but all downloads point to a 404 page. I contacted them directly, but got bounced to this forum. Hopefully we’ll both get an answer soon…
