Action Bar can’t be removed.
while you can use single post/page on homepage feature to display any page as homepage, visit AndroApp->Configure and search for Homepage
it is because Rest apis(by wordpress) are not working as expected on your setup, most probably due to some security plugins, which doesn’t allow requests from backend servers, while rest apis are supposed to be called from backend servers only.
Disable unwanted plugins one by one and check

Yes, we support push notifications on both IOS and Android platforms
please visit AndroApp->IOS Build for details on IOS build.
IOS build process is not automatic, you are supposed to email us few details at contact@androapp.mobi.

Resolved, AndroApp does not need rest api plugin
We released a plugin update with latest admob and other libraried (15+)

thanks for bringing it up, Androapp plugin works even without the json rest api plugin now. We have removed that from our steps.
please update AndroApp plugin to 15.02 and try again.

it looks like problem with your phone, please try and install it another phone, let us know if problem persists on another phone too
