App Stopped Working

    Woke up this morning and my app is saying “Unknown Error – Tap to Retry”.

    I have made no changes to my site. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

    if you have not updated the plugin and app and suddenly it stopped working, than 99% chances that it is due to an issue from your server side.
