In reply to: [Infopopup] Underlined LinkHi,
I’ll have a look at the unicode issue and get back to you shortly. On your link question, you don’t need to use anything around the shortcode as it self activates. So remove your a tag and the underline should disappear.
On your second question, please look at the FAQ section here, and see item #2 – this should answer your question.
If you still have issues, please send me a link to your project.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Infopopup] X-OffsetHi Derek,
the plugin works right away unless there’s a conflict caused by other plugins.
firstly, have a look at the source code of your page, and if you find no jQuery script relating to infopopup in the lower part, then this usually means a conflict.disable plugins in turn until you find the culprit.
If you send me a link to your page, I can also take a look.
thanks,

In reply to: [Infopopup] How to replace an image in popup content?Hi Linda,
Had a quick look, and all you need to do is edit the stylesheet:1. Find your way to /wp-content/plugins/infopopup/css/infopopup.css
2. Open and edit this file, and around line 24 you will see the class .infopopup-popup
3. Edit the padding variable and replace the four instances of 15px with 0px (which I tested at 0px and gives a good appearance, but you can use any number you wish)
4. Press save,
5. Test on your siteHope this helps,

In reply to: [Infopopup] Only first instance worksHi,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Using multiple instance of the same shortcode on one page doesn’t work I’m afraid – you will have to create different shortcodes for each instance.Hope this helps?

In reply to: [Infopopup] Adjusting size of popup boxHi Patty,
At the moment, the easiest way is to edit the style sheet. I’ll show you how:
1. Find your way to /wp-content/plugins/infopopup/css/infopopup.css
2. Open and edit this file, and at line 24 you will see the class.infopopup-popup
3. Make a new line and add the style:.width: 250px(or whatever width you would like)
4. Press save,
5. Test on your siteHope this helps?

In reply to: [Infopopup] Only first instance worksHi,
Thanks, pleased you like it.This is the second time a conflict with Tablepress has been raised – see post from cbkdsc below.
I looked at the link you sent but no instances of InfoPopup are working, and I see from the source that there is no jQuery for InfoPopup, so clearly there’s a conflict going on there.
Regarding the link not working on a plain page, please try with the TablePress disabled and let me know if it then works.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Infopopup] Make popup NOT appear in relation to trigger-linkHi,
Thanks for your kind comment about the plugin (if you’d like to leave a comment on the review board, it would be welcome!)I’m afraid that the plugin won’t bend to do what you want it to as its design is based on shortcodes.
However, I hope that you might be able to find a different way to do what you want using our plugin. Many Thanks,

In reply to: [Infopopup] Why won't popup work on this pageYes, it certainly sounds like the theme is the problem – it works on one page nicely but not on the other which is quite odd.
As it works (with the map image), did you copy the shortcode in exactly the same way as you did for the one that does work (to eliminate copy ‘n paste errors)? It would be a shame if you abandoned it, but you could have a word with the developer of the bespoke theme.
Beyond that, there’s no further advice I can give on this really as this is really down to your site set up.
Rgds,
Simon
