I Remove wp_die From plugin index file, then problem solved.
Friends Remove this{

then plugin working correct

Error will be changed, 2Checkout Hash Mismatch… check your secret word.,
I Put same Secret code on both sides but error still..
and also follow your instructions for 2checkout settings.
