I try to active this plugin but i have this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or ‘(‘ in /home/desarrol/public_html/deia/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-product-price-based-on-countries/includes/wcpbc-functions.php on line 3

I install it in other page, but i have the same error.

Make sure you are running on PHP 5.3 or later, earlier versions don’t have support for namespaces.

i am using Just host, wordpress updated 4.1.2 but plugin not activate.
