I just downloaded firefox and tried #1-3 login attempts again, and got the same user name/password error messages.
Just that my user name/password don’t work. A few times when I have tried with the http://’mywebsitename.com’/wp-login.php, I get a blank screen and no error. I tried the fixes for that too and got nowhere.
No, I have not tried a different browser.
