Here’s the list of current plugins from the Environment report. I also noticed an area at the end of the Environment report that had a section that began with # BEGIN W3TC Browser Cache had some entries and ends with # END W3TC Browser Cache I used to use W3 Total Cache but had problems with a WP update and switched to LiteSpeed and deleted the W3. As you can see by the list below it’s not installed on my site.

It must have been something with my host, because it just started working today. I talked to my host after posting the question and they said it was a script in the plugin but since nothing changed in the plugin and it started working again. I assume it was something my host had done.
