Do you have the PayFast Notify URL hard-coded within your PayFast merchant account? It is perhaps pointed to the Sandbox site instead of the live site?
If it’s set up properly to point to the live site, you’ll want to check the access logs for your live site; your server may be blocking the ITN requests from PayFast.

My screenshot is showing the /uploads/ directory of my own local site. You would access this either through FTP or through a File Manager plugin using cPanel/Plesk.
A plugin like Smush should be able to find them and optimize them further. It’s outside the scope of WooCommerce but I hope that helps.

they are in the low data, but they are gone from the product card and bills.
Can you explain a bit more what you mean here? Do you mean that the downloadable files are still attached to the products? Or they exist in the media library but are no longer attached to your products?
Do you know what format you used for links to the downloadable files? Were they absolute links(https://domain.com/file.pdf) or relative(/var/html/file.pdf)?

WooCommerce will use native WordPress thumbnail creation functionality to generate thumbnails.
You could look at using a service/plugin if you wish to further optimize thumbnails.

Interesting idea, however, it’s very unlikely to get added to the plugin as it would need to be requested by several people to warrant a change like that.
I think most merchant providers would ask that you only have a single merchant account for each website but that should be clarified with eWAy separately.
The plugin would likely need to be modified directly in order to accomplish this.

Most of the times, they loose that data, and i want to re-sent them, since they need to go the ATM to pay.
The instructions for them to pay should be included in the new order notification – you can resend the email by editing the order and using the Order Actions dropdown menu on the top right of the page.
