In reply to: [Jigoshop] Customer not receiving order infoI haven’t come across anything that’s solved the issue, however I can say that it does seem to be an issue with JigoShop. I installed the plug in WP Mail Log which at least shows me that the emails are being sent when new orders are generated, they are just not being received. Other emails from the website, such as new user registration, test emails and emails from our contact us page all go through.

Both admin and customer emails have been sent and received for orders in the past. I also did a test order myself this morning and neither admin or customer email has come throughl

In reply to: [Jigoshop] Checkout page will not loadI have not had that issue, I’ve added a couple items to the cart (we only have a few set up right now) and they are in the cart. I did have it on demo mode though, so in case that is the issue, I’ve taken it off of demo mode.
I also tried switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme and am still not getting the checkout page to load, so I just switched it back.

In reply to: Home Page 404: Page not found errorI have read that article but am still at a loss as to what exactly the issue is. Changing the permalinks back to default only “worked” in the sense that it got rid of the 404 error when trying to load the home page, but with them on the default setting, none of the other pages will load, the home page simply loads again.

http://www.christinebongiovanni.com/sample-post/ to the default of :
http://www.christinebongiovanni.com/?p=123It now at least doesn’t give me the 404 error when I type in christinebongiovanni.com however, it’s still redirecting to chrisitnebongiovanni.com/wordpress1 despite my site URL in the general settings being just christinebongioanni.com.
AND with this change, the only page that will load is the home page…when I click on any other links, it just reloads the home page.

In reply to: Home Page 404: Page not found errorIt’s not a theme related issue; as I said earlier I tried using a default wordpress theme (twenty fourteen) and still get the 404 error on the homepage.

In reply to: Home Page 404: Page not found errorWe purchased the theme from themefuse.com, it’s the gamezone theme, but I’ve tried changing back to the twenty fourteen theme and have the same issue so it’s not due to the theme.
There are two wordpress websites being hosted on one hosting package, one that we’ve had on there for years which is in the main /htdocs folder and then this site (christinebongiovanni.com) which points to a folder (christinebongiovanni) and the wordpress1 file is in that folder. Would that cause the issue?
