    Jigoshop checkout page will not load on the website, when I click proceed to checkout on the cart page, it spins and then comes up with a “webpage is not available” message. I’ve double checked that the checkout page exists and is published but cannot even get to to load when trying to preview changes from the admin side:

    Your cart seem to load fine now?
    Can’t find any products to see what hapeens when adding them to cart – if the issue in such scenario still occurs, please post a link to example product.

    It’s the checkout page that isn’t working, not the cart. Below is a link to an item:

    it seems that you’ve got more general issue – after adding product to cart I can see that cart is still empty? Is it same for you?
    Can you try if it happens as well on default theme?

    I have not had that issue, I’ve added a couple items to the cart (we only have a few set up right now) and they are in the cart. I did have it on demo mode though, so in case that is the issue, I’ve taken it off of demo mode.

    I also tried switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme and am still not getting the checkout page to load, so I just switched it back.

    ok now i see same thing.
    just to make sure, can you disable all plugins apart from jigoshop to see if it’s none of them?
    in such case, if possible, please mail us your ftp and admin data via and we’ll try to find it out.

    All plugins have been disabled and the cart still gives an error message. I’ve emailed ftp details.
