THANKS. But is not the case that many WP 3.2.1 plug-ins are not working in WP 3.3? Is is that an inaccurate generalization?

This is my first post. Greenhorn. Should I be concerned that templates purchased and written in WP 3.2.1 will not work in WP 3.3? Much thanks
