WP 3.2.1 template and WP 3.3 | WordPress.org

I am new and inexperienced in all things about website management and design. That written, I have WP 3.3. Should I be concerened about uploading WP templates written in WP 3.2.1?

No. Generally speaking, they should be fine.

THANKS. But is not the case that many WP 3.2.1 plug-ins are not working in WP 3.3? Is is that an inaccurate generalization?

Actually many 3.2 plugins are working just fine. You can find a list of the plugins that are know to cause major issues in 3.3 in http://wordpress.org/support/topic/troubleshooting-wordpress-33-master-list

Nothing in 3.3 will “break” a Theme written for 3.2.x. The only thing deprecated that is really relevant to Themes is the pre-3.3 handling of contextual help. But even that only generates a _doing_it_wrong() notice.
