I have resolved the issue but the only changes that I made was to Enable database batch export and use backup method 2. PHP CLI checking was already disabled. Didn’t use the Advanced DB Cleanup plugin

Due to time constraints had to use alternative for website migration. Will be migrating another website shortly. If issue also a problem with new migration then will open new thread.
