We will discuss your request and write back to you in the upcoming work week. Please, wait.
You can change the method of authentication from codes by emails to codes by a 2FA app.
The guide is here:
https://cleantalk.org/help/two-factor-auth#ga2faAfter that you will no longer need emails for authentication.

Please, mark records in your Anti-Spam Log if our service made the wrong decision:
• Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests ] → choose your website in the drop-down menu → there are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record → mark records using these buttons. The guide is here:
https://cleantalk.org/help/feedback-spamWe can give you more specific replies based on your marked requests.
Don’t forget to clear your website cache as mentioned earlier.I looked through the logs of all denied records:
https://cleantalk.org/my/logs_firewall?date_range=2025-10-01_2025-10-08&service=1890945&status=DENY_ALL&items_per_page=500No mentioning of the Fluent services. Seems like the CleanTalk plugin is not involved in this.
If you know their IP ranges and networks, please add them to your firewall, the guide is here:

Hello @tosten,
I tested the form and I see a lot of error in the browser console when I press the button “Submit”. Could you check that?
Also, the field of inputting an email addresses is not required. That’s why Anti-Spam does not catch it. Please, make that field as an required one.
Hello @martinneumannat,
Could you reach out to our support team so we can gather some more information from you concerning this issue? Please, create a private ticket:
