I assume that the Anti-Spam plugin decided to switch methods of using cookies. Please, set the method to “ON” manually:
• WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the option “Set cookies” to “On” → Save Changes.Did it help?

Please, disable this option:
• WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → category “Authentication and Logging In” → disable the option “Change address to login script” → Save Changes.It should fix the issue. Did it help?

1. Your PHP version
2. Your CMS version (also, is it Multisite or Single)
3. The link to the cache solutions if you use any
