We’re testing our Gutenburg version of the plugin at the moment so it will be released soon.
You can install the classic editor plugin for now to use the current plugin. Sorry, I know this isn’t ideal but many plugins are in the same boat right now.

We have just released a fix for the connect issues, could you please upgrade your plugin and try again? You might need to uninstall the old version and install the new version.
Re: the ability to show products per category, we are working on it and it will be coming soon.

Do you have a public link we could look at to debug? I’m presuming it’s this page? https://simplycharly.com/test/books/ which seems to load each book in < 1 second even on my slow Australian internet. Were there any errors in the console and which browser are you using?

Sorry for the super slow response on this, WordPress never seem to email updates for this. Did you get the to the bottom of it? I just tried to replicate it here and I can’t seem to. I deleted the plugin completely and installed again. Not sure if it’s a clash with other plugins.

We’d suggest updating to WordPress 4.0 at least if possible and grab the latest plugin update (1.6.1). I just pushed a few improvements to the UI, mainly the tabs to make the modal a little smaller.

Which version of WordPress are you running? The newest editor doesn’t allow us to add an icon, just text as here: https://cloudup.com/cTKfAuEzNYE
We’ll take a look at the modal, we can add the colors in a seperate tab perhaps.

Sorry for the mega late reply. We didn’t get any notification of support requests for some reason. Anyhow… I know what you mean, the product listing is suited more for landscape or square images. We’ll look into an option for better support for portrait images soon.

Sorry for the mega late reply. We didn’t get any notification of support requests for some reason. Anyhow, Yotpo and Disqus aren’t currently support in the embedded views of items. We can however add this as an option you can turn on/off maybe if you’d like it? It just makes the page very long.
