In reply to: [Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash] v3.6.4 Resume module issueThanks for the quick response. Suggest a shortcode to not display button if course not yet started as well.
With reference to my original numbering:
1. Not everyone has just two words for their name e.g. “John Le Mesurier”, where “John” is First Name, and “Le Mesurier” is Last Name – or “Jean Paul Gautier”, where “Jean Paul” is First Name and “Gautier” is Last Name. How can you automatically parse that?4. Tax ID label – surely that only changes after you select relevant tax region on drop down list? Not a good UX, clunky.
1. On the Checkout form page, the option for First Name and Last Name fields rather than just Name – this then enables correct user registration on WP
2. Shortcodes for building forms in Elementor
3. Ability to edit form label fields e.g. Tax ID (in many parts of the world this would be VAT or TVA)
4. In tax dropdown in forms, remove tax regions that are not set up to be collected – even better, remove dropdown altogether and have the “Tax ID” automatically match to the registered tax regionsI’m sure this will all get fixed in good time, I know you’re constantly improving it, and it’s going to make Woocommerce look even more clunky than it is. Keep up the great work.
1. Have already tried clearing Litespeed cache, issue still there. Disabled Litespeed, issue still there
2. Will not use Health Check plugin as it has broken site previously
3. Disabled all plugins except for yours, issue still there
4. With just your plugin activated, on Twenty Twenty-One theme, issue still thereThere is no cache plugin on the site, but we do have Litespeed caching on the server.
This shows the issue – https://we.tl/t-STMjq8OZbhRegards,
SeekbeaconAgreed, it works fine on Twenty Twenty theme, must be issue with Astra Pro which I’m using.
Thanks for your help.Fixed – another plugin caused conflict.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Honeypot, Anti-Spam by CleanTalk] Upsellplugin conflictWell when I logged into my dashboard to raise a support ticket, I was directed to here. You need to address that if as a paying customer you send me here.
I have the same:

In reply to: [Tooltipy (tooltips for WP)] Install Tooltipy OOPThanks, I imported the settings and key words as you described, with both activated, and the OOP seemed to recognize the terms. But I couldn’t seem to get the style of the OOP to my liking (same as 5.2 with dots under the key term), so I’ve reverted to 5.2 for now.
I also have the issue on 5.2 of sometimes there being no space between the term and adjacent text (see here – https://prnt.sc/1qd533k) despite there being the space there in the page builder (Elementor). On page load there is a space there briefly until the KTTG tag is loaded.

In reply to: [Tooltipy (tooltips for WP)] Subscript termsWell yes, why not? They shouldn’t form part of the search string, to my mind anyway.

In reply to: [Tooltipy (tooltips for WP)] Subscript termsAfter a little more troubleshooting, the issue appears to be caused by having the html tag (for subscript) inside the target string. If there is a way of tweaking the code so that it ignores any html tags inside the search string, that would fix it.
OK, nagging for something different – ignore support request, aggressive upselling techniques being used.

In reply to: [Tooltipy (tooltips for WP)] Subscript termsOK, thank you, appreciate it. The issue by the way is not related to the forward slash, as there are other terms with a slash (e.g. G/T) but no subscript which are fine.
