    Hello,

    I should have also mentioned that it seems like it’s displaying a widget area as I can see “edit” in the corner. When I hover my mouse over the “Edit”button the following text displays in the bottom right of the screen:

    It might also be worth mentioning that I see this in both the child theme and the parent theme.

    @tiefiwanda I just ran into the same issue and it was a plugin blocking the card. To figure out which one I deactivated all of them and reactivated them one by one. I tested the page after each activation.

    In particular it was the my Yaost SEO plugin that was the issue.

    Although I believe there are more plugins to help loads your content faster I’d just search and read through some recommendations this was one of the first ones I found but I’m sure there are more.

    Issue resolved:

    I installed the “Services Showcase” plugin and it caused issues with the Jumbotron. Once removed, Jumbotron worked as normal.

    @cboreland I am only new to WordPress but I think having your images in KB is a step in the right direction.

    Two things that I have come across that may help, if you are only using one image remove the slider controls and loading bar:

    jumbotron>jumbotron settings>Slider Next/Previous Buttons: Hide
    jumbotron>jumbotron settings>Slider Next/Slide Loader Style: None

    Failing this you can download download plugins such as “Hummingbird” that helps your WP site load the content faster.

    I hope this helps but apologies in advance as again, I am new to WP.

    It looks like it was the Smartcat “Our Services” plugin that effected the system.

    I’m not sure what it took a while but that seems to be what is effecting the images and site functionality.

    I only installed the recommended plugins from Smartcat. I deactivated all and it still seems to be broken. I am getting the following error messages, but I am not getting any PHP errors. I don’t mind reinstalling the theme but as it is paid for and the license has an expiry I am afraid I will not be able to reinstall it.

    @smartcat My Jumbotron images, my featured images and my widgets have all stopped working.
    Also the overlay widget on the jumbotron has stopped working.

    I now get this message, when before I got footer widget options:

    There are no widget areas currently rendered in the preview. Navigate in the preview to a template that makes use of a widget area in order to access its widgets here.

    Images on my home screen and featured images just stopped displaying.
