I solved the problem. 🙂
Due to a mix of error of the website and a problem with a not protected newsletter form, this last has blocked the mail service of the hosting provider…

Seems good for the statistics part, but, I keep seeing some confusing information on the WordPress.com site.

The website have 1088 subscribers et 5 new one who doesn’t appear in the list.
Also, in the WordPress.com dashboard for Jetpack, my client continu to see the 2 websites entry : https://prnt.sc/ThCps1mgr7Vn

Her WordPress account is lecartabledeseverine.

Could you do something for that ?
