Disregard, I rolled back to 2.0.7 until the problems with 2.1 are fixed and some form of redirectify plugin is ready.

I did not try that. I have a working knowledge of CSS and am good with PHP, but it appears to me that the footer is already being called outside the div for the container.
I fixed the errors.
