“Thank you. Unfortunately, we do not make these changes in our shared hosting platform. In that case, you will need to manually get the backup of your site from the webspace. This is by downloading the site contents using any FTP clients like FileZilla, Cyberduck, etc… ”
So thanks for your help – sounds like I will need to go for a manual solution or investigate a different backup plugin.

So I tried this a couple of days ago with the split archive size change you suggested. It fell over again. Here is the logfile.

So I updated PHP to 7.3 as you suggested. So far so good. Thank you.
I then attempted a new Updraft backup and it has fallen over again.

Hi there
I am getting this issue on my site too, lots of syncattack logs and genuine users seeing a Wordfence block page.
wfalaa – I tried visiting the ?wordfence_syncAttackData URL you suggested and it took me to the homepage.
I’m a noob to this level of WordPress, can anyone advise how I might stop this?
