Hi @dopcomms1986 ,
sorry about that. I fixed it with the 7.0 update. Try logging out and clearing your cookies. See if it still appears white.Hi @alinclamba
Thank you for the update and for identifying the root cause.
Just for reference, I had already marked the topic as resolved after updating my site from WordPress 6.9.4 to 7.0. As soon as the update completed, the Jetpack Social page started working normally again and all existing social connections remained intact.
Your explanation confirms exactly what I observed, so hopefully this information may also help other users who encounter the same issue.
Thank you again for the clarification and for working on a Jetpack-side fix for users who are still running WordPress 6.9.x.
Best regards.
Just an update:
After updating WordPress from 6.9.4 to 7.0, the Jetpack Social page is no longer blank and is working normally again.
I did not uninstall Jetpack Social, I did not reconnect any social accounts, and I did not make any other changes to the site. The WordPress update was the only change.
This may help identify the issue as a compatibility problem between Jetpack 15.9 and WordPress 6.9.x.
Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you for the update.
It appears that multiple users are now reporting the same issue. Another user has confirmed the blank Social page even without the standalone Jetpack Social plugin installed, and reported that the problem started immediately after Jetpack 15.9 was installed.
This seems to suggest that the issue may be related to Jetpack 15.9 itself rather than the standalone Jetpack Social plugin.
I will wait for further guidance, but hopefully this additional information helps with troubleshooting.
Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
My Jetpack plugin is already updated to version 15.9.
I understand that Jetpack Social features are now built into Jetpack. However, before uninstalling the Jetpack Social plugin, I would like some clarification.
The plugin is currently working correctly: my social connections remain active and posts continue to be shared automatically to social networks.
The only issue is that the Jetpack Social settings page in the WordPress admin is completely blank.
Since the sharing functionality is still working, I am concerned that uninstalling the plugin might affect my existing social connections or configuration.
Could you please confirm:
- Where the Social settings should appear inside Jetpack after uninstalling Jetpack Social?
- Whether existing social connections and settings will be preserved?
- Whether the blank settings page is a known issue?
Thank you for your help.

In reply to: [Shortcodes Ultimate - Content Elements] Error generated by release 7.5.1Thank you for the quick response and for addressing the issue so fast. I really appreciate how quickly you reacted after users started reporting the problem.
However, I wanted to share my concern before updating again. In my case, the issue was quite serious: after the update the plugin generated a fatal error, plugins were deactivated, my site layout was affected, and hundreds of articles started displaying raw shortcodes instead of rendered content.
My site relies heavily on Shortcodes Ultimate, so this wasn’t just a small issue but something that had a significant impact on the website.
Before updating to the latest version, I would like some reassurance that the fix has been thoroughly verified and that the issue has really been resolved. Has version 7.5.3 specifically addressed the fatal error and activation problems related to the previous release?
Thank you again for your quick intervention and support.

In reply to: [Shortcodes Ultimate - Content Elements] Error generated by release 7.5.1I can confirm the issue with Shortcodes Ultimate version 7.5.1.
After updating to version 7.5.1, the plugin generated a fatal error and could no longer be activated. Since my site heavily relies on [su_heading] and other SU shortcodes across hundreds of articles, all shortcode content started appearing as raw text.
My environment:
- WordPress: 6.9.4
- PHP: 8.0.30
- Theme: Hueman
- Shortcodes Ultimate: 7.5.1
As a temporary troubleshooting step, I installed the plugin “WP Rollback” and rolled back Shortcodes Ultimate to version 7.5.0. Unfortunately the issue still persisted initially.
What finally worked in my case was enabling WordPress debugging, after which the plugin activated correctly again and the site recovered.
Since other users seem affected too, I wanted to report my experience and also mention WP Rollback as a possible recovery tool for people locked out after the update.
Please investigate compatibility with recent WordPress environments because sites heavily using SU shortcodes can be severely impacted.
Thanks.

Hi,
I updated to the new version and cleared the cache. The problem seems to be solved. However sometimes it takes 24 hours to see if everything actually works well. Thanks for the assistance.
Good workSolved by disabling all plugins and reactivating them one at a time. Apparently some script was preventing the display. Thanks anyway
