You were absolutely right about the contact form behavior. It wasn’t triggering reliably for natural phrases like “talk to a real person” or similar variations, which could have impacted the overall user experience.
We’ve now fixed this issue and enhanced the detection logic to ensure the contact form appears more consistently in real-life scenarios — even when users don’t use exact phrases.
