Good plugin but contact form needs some finetuning

    I appreciate this plugin, the simplicity and the fact that it’s free, hence 5 stars. The only thing that doesn’t work very well is the contact form integration. I rarely get the contact form displayed if i ask things like “how can i contact a real human” or “i want to talk to a real person” or all kinds of other questions. It mostly only triggers the contact form if i specifically request it, which a real user wouldn’t know of course. I’ve tested it with a bunch of friends as real life scenarios and they never got it displayed. It didn’t help adding instructions regarding that to the contact or context field in the settings. Hope this can be adjusted somehow.

    You were absolutely right about the contact form behavior. It wasn’t triggering reliably for natural phrases like “talk to a real person” or similar variations, which could have impacted the overall user experience.

    We’ve now fixed this issue and enhanced the detection logic to ensure the contact form appears more consistently in real-life scenarios — even when users don’t use exact phrases.
